All GC Members shall :-
a.
Perform their duties diligently and sincerely as laid down in the PRWA Bye
Laws.
b.
Abide by the Principles Core Objectives laid down in the Manifesto.
c.
Maintain utmost honesty, integrity and transparency in financial matters.
d.
Recluse themselves from participating in decision
making where there could be a conflict of interest.
e.
Refrain from presenting inaccurate or wrong information deliberately to the
Residents.
f.
Make an effort to respond to all queries and requests from residents at the
earliest possible opportunity.
g.
Discuss ideas and issues freely and frankly with Residents but REFRAIN from
discussing individuals in public.
h.
Maintain impartiality in dealing with all and avoid discrimination of all
kinds.
i. Treat
all residents, especially ladies and elderly persons, with due respect.
j. Offer to quit/resign when
unable to perform their duties.
